Ensuring Scoir Emails are Delivered

If Scoir emails are being blocked, quarantined, or delayed, the most reliable fix is to allowlist our sending IP addresses. This tells your email infrastructure to trust traffic from Scoir regardless of the sending domain or address.

  • 159.135.231.100
  • 204.220.189.165

This is the single most effective step you can take, since all Scoir email flows through these IPs. If your IT team can only make one change, this is the one to prioritize.

Step 2: Allowlist Our Sending Domains
  • @scoir.com
  • @reminders.scoir.com
  • @mail.scoir.com
  • @notifications.scoir.com
Step 3 (Optional): Allowlist Specific Sender Addresses
